    I have fast and accurate typing skills as I have worked in Administration for over 16 years. I also have strong computer support skills and have worked for DELL computers at their European Headquarters in Bratislava, Slovakia. Teaching English was also a skill i learned along the way to supplement my income. This gave me experience at understanding foreign accents with ease. I myself, speak international English with no accent at all. To supplement my administrative and Computer support skills I also have a strong knowledge of Photoshop and common plug-ins including the use of a graphics tablet to support my strong creative ability. In the creative area I can provide many examples of Texture based content created for games and also Photography, including editing using PS CS5 with Plug ins such as Alienskin, OnOne and Nik Software.  less

    For the last 3 years, I have been trained and is well familiar about anything relating to web hosting which includes but not limited to the following: -emails (email handling, email support, email set up, email issues and troubleshooting steps to follow when an issue occur) -domains(registering a domain, function of a domain, types of domains, domain management, domain transfer processes), and anything about domains in general -hosting (hosting packages, scripting languages like html, php, asp, asp.net, perl, hosting operating systems and the script that works well with it -content management system softwares that works with it, content management system applications like wordpress, drupal, oscommerce, magento and other cms apps -ftp -databases both mysql and mssql -password protection -eshop -ssl -error pages. With the facts stated above, I have been able to encounter all of it on my previous job. With that said, as a technical support representative and a customer service representative at the same time, I also been able to experience different type of clients. Although, I have not experience actual hard core website development, I have been able to set up websites that uses WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get) application as well as installation of some content management system softwares like wordpress and the like. My main objective is for me to use the skills and abilities I have acquired over the years of working to a new job and along the way, hoping to be able to learn more interesting things. Moreover, I hope to land a job that I can work long term so to earn much for a future. Although, I can work both call and email assistance, I prefer or/interested in doing email projects since my typing skill is good and I find email work less of a job but more of a fun and challenging position or any offline or back end office work for matter. but . In conclusion, whatever opportunites come my way, I am sure I will be giving my all to meet my employer's needs.  less

    Time for a change. I have worked away from home for over 15 years and no longer wish to travel. I am fluent in all Windows OS from XP to 8 as well as Linux Ubuntu and Mac OSX. In past jobs I have worked on my own and as part of a team. I am known for being a quick thinker and for my ability to find the best and most cost effective ways to solve problems. I have had jobs where I have been the lead contact, where I had to schedule logistic pickups and deliveries as well as working with other companies to see to it that shipments were on time and crews were on site to unload. Past jobs have had me enter data into spreadsheets as well as making spreadsheets. I have done troubleshooting over the phone via email and in chat. I have been running my own small construction company for 3 years and the field is just swamped so it is time for me to try working with my other skill sets.I run an HP dual core running Windows 7, with 8 GB ram, with a built in webcam. It is setup with duel monitors, and an HP printer scanner. I have attached a screenshot so you can see the speeds I get. I have a 15 Mbps cable connection but it runs in the mid 30's for downloads most of the time and between 3.5 and 5 Mbps up . I have a landline phone for back up communication and a headset and Skype ID. I have two other PC's in the house that run Linux Ubuntu 12.11 neither have a webcam built in but i would be willing to get on if the need ever came up. Otherwise they have basically the same features as my HP Windows PC. I have MS Office and or Open Office on all of them. All are virus clean and fully behind firewalls on a secure home network and are kept fully up to date.  less
