I graduated from TRACE College 2006 with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration Majors in Financial Accounting and Management and currently taking up my Masters Degree in Business Administration at the Ateneo Graduate School for Business. I have been a call center agent for more than 3 years now. I have been with 2 BPO companies already. My first call center experience was with Etelecare Global Solutions, they hired me as Technical Support Representative for Dell on February 2007. I stayed with Etelecare Global Solutions until July 21, 2008 then Genpact offered me a similar salary but a better chance for future studies and a promise of being part of a new portfolio. I started working for Genpact on July 21, 2008 as an outbound collections agent. Prior my call center experiences in 2007, I had worked as a data encoder and an events coordinator for a marketing arm of Nestle Philippines. My scope of work covered completing files using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and even Windows Movie Maker or other presentation tools. I assisted the coordinators and the supervisors finish their reports and presentation on time with precision and conciseness. I often get emails containing PDF files which needed to be converted to different format or be used together with other formats in a presentation. Aside from this office jobs, I assisted field events such as samplings, school tours, product launching and even experienced being sent to trainings for product knowledge and cascade them to other front-liners. I am a Quickbooks Proadvisor for Quickbooks Online, Quickbooks Desktop, Quickbooks for Mac, Quickbooks POS and Quickbooks Enterprise Solutions. Additionally I am able to handle special projects using Excel since I am Microsoft certified in Excel. I have experience setting up Excel Spreadsheets along with Macros and Pivot Tables.
