(eg. Microsoft, Sony, HSBC and Comcast). I was part of an outbound sales team for HSBC for 2 years. Mainly we call customers to upgrade or sign up to HSBC's credit card options. All calls are recorded and need to pass Quality Monitoring. All disclosures need to be clear before the sale will be processed. After HSBC, I joined Comcast, where the team focus mainly on Customer Service and Technical Support. We assist Comcast Cable Subscribers. Assist them in setting up digital cable boxes to their TV, billing, activation and provisioning of their digital cable boxes. We also dispatch technicians to help and assist customers who are not comfortable doing the troubleshooting over the phone. After Comcast, I have been part of Microsoft. This is where I was able to enhance my Technical Skills by assisting customers in installing or upgrading their operating system or Office Application. I also assist customers in setting up their Outlook and/or syncing their other email addresses to Outlook. It was not necessary but I love extending my assistance to customers to provide them good service.
