After I started out as a phone customer service representative (CSR) and high-touch CSR for World Financial Group (WFG), I later became the first email customer service representative. From there, I wrote the company’s user manual, which is still in use today, and established a tier-one tech support team for WFG’s various software programs. After I met these needs, my services were utilized in the coding department, where I revolutionized the way items were processed. Most recently, I created WFG’s first blogs, to tell the stories of WFG, as well as write many information pieces used by over 10,000 insurance associates and establish the WFG identity on social media platforms such as Facebook and Twitter.
