I'm a Filipino, recently moved to Nebraska, USA. Back in the Philippines I'm a professional Call Center agent in different BPO companies in the past 6 years. I handled 3 accounts in the US and 1 Telco company in Australia. I always make sure that all my work experiences and clients are well known and not just a fly by night company;as they also reflect my standard.
The recent account I handled was the Telco from Australia. I handled Inbound and Outbound sales. Technology is fast moving, mobile phone is evolving. It's my job to spread this wonderful invention of our era. Basic requirement is simply to meet the sales quota and Im proud to say that Im consistent performer for 2 years and 10mos.
I also handled Credit collection for 2 years and 5 mos. This account is totally a number game. Hitting 83% kept rate and 87% PTP, these are such a good number to keep your job.
Another one was also a US financial account, this account was more on Customer service. Customer called in for bank transfer, disputes and enquiry. Hitting around 100% CSAT for the month and low talk time is a must, not to mention quality of work and work with details.
I also handled website account, it was an outbound. This was my call center experience.We called, SMB customers and offer them to have their own website where they can show off their products and services.
Other than call center,I also have work experience in Appointment setting, Lead generation and Presentation with clients.
After college I worked with Market research company. My main job was to set up an appointment with potential Interviewee. I called the potential Interviewee to invite them for Focus Group Discussion (FGD). Sometimes, our interviewer visit our interviewee and conduct the interview (one-one survey). I also done the phone interviewer. The main job was to make sure that I filter all the Potential interviewee, as long as they fall under market survey qualifications.
Year 2009, while I was working full time with HSBC, I also managed to have part-time job. My job was to sell the ad-placement on sports TV, also,indoor advertisement. i'm the all-around employee. I'm the lead generator. Find my own leads on newspaper, magazine, tv, radio, billboard, websites anywhere I could find. After gathering those leads, I will call them and introduce the company I'm working with and the product and services I offer over the phone and then this where the Appointment setting comes. Once i set the appointment, I'm also the one who will meet them, Im the Sales Representative and do the whole presentation up until contract signing.
