    PROFESSIONAL FOCUS I've been in the customer service field for almost 8 years now. I worked as a Restaurant Store Manager before, and I'm currently in the B.P.O industry for the last 4 years. As a manager, I was able to provide an average sales growth of 14 % every year during my 4 year stay in Greenwich Pizza. I was able to train and handle service crew members, and work as a team to achieve sales targets every year. And as a Technical Support Agent, I always make sure that I hit the target metrics if not exceed it. I ensure that every calls made, will be an an opportunity to delight customers, so we can retain them, and achieve business growth for the client, and the center as well. I was able to obtain substantial management and marketing experience through out my career.
