I am currently employed in a BPO company, Convergys, as a Supervisor. With my current position, I am built with a strong foundation on essential leadership competencies. I am able to utilize industry accepted structured framework for root cause analysis and action planning to address challenges and effectively carry them out. Exceeding timeline expectation for deliverables and being able to recognize and perform other more complex tasks without being asked are one of the things that I am commended of.
