Mystery shoppers are people hired by the company who perform specific tasks such as purchasing a product, asking questions, registering complaints or behaving in a certain way, and then they provide detailed reports and feedback about their experiences. Apart from that, mystery shoppers give an award called the butterfly award for going the extra mile, giving a truly outstanding service. I have always had a 100% score every time I had to serve a mystery shopper and most of the times I got a butterfly award too. It is very important because the bonuses of all the team that week depends on a good score. I also had to think fast and manage all the unexpected circumstances assuring good quality of the product at the same time.
