    CAREER GOAL To be able to utilize and maximize intellectual and interpersonal skills in the fields of management and service for the advancement of long-term personal and organizational goals. WORK EXPERIENCE I worked for two years in Convergys specializing in pure customer service. We mainly focused on how we provide customer satisfaction and getting 100% CSAT survey. I was an agent for a year, then got promoted as SME or Floor Walker and kept the position for another year until I found better opportunity for growth in Sitel Philippines. Though I only worked in Sitel for 11 months, I can say that company has taught me a lot and provided me a lot of experience and knowledge. Sitel has seen my potentials as well for being a good leader. From being a customer service agent, to technical support representative, to technical support supervisor. And when one of the Team Leaders was on maternity leave, I was assigned to take charge of her position. In TRG Philippines, I was a Customer Service/ Sales Representative for my entire stay in that company, and consistent in being one of the top 10% agents every month.
