In the challenging role as Project Manager Assistant to a team of Project Managers, I assisted on many projects from RFQ/RFP, Bidding, and Job Closeout. I have been responsible for writing subcontracts; approving specification submittals, writing and tracking RFI’s, change orders, contracts, purchase orders and other job related documents. Keeping the Project Managers focused and organized was key! Through Odesk, I have worked with www.Chess.com as an online customer service representative in the member support department handling many of the 5 million member’s questions, concerns, and technical issues with the site. I have recently used QuickBooks Pro 2013 for accounting and bookkeeping, also setting up several companies completely who had decided to upgrade from an older system of accounting. Informally, anything in the office that had something go wrong with it; printers, copiers, computers… I was called upon to come help fix it. Most recently, I was hired on Odesk to find 100 Best Seller books on Amazon (for 50 cents or less). The client asked that the project be done in 3 days. I found the 100 books; organized the information (with URL) in an MS Excel spreadsheet. I returned the project to the client in less than 24 hours; 2 days ahead of schedule. I am highly capable in product and company research; researching over 200 churches for Covenant Hospice (within a one week time frame), and over 100 health and nutrition companies (in less than 24 hours).
