After working with T-Mobile, I worked as a Customer Service Representative for SiriusXM. We get calls from customers who want to sign up for a Satellite Radio subscription. We also handle Activations, Billing, Payment processing, basic troubleshooting also does upselling. Lastly I worked as an Outbound Sales Representative with Personnel Concepts which is under Brady Corporation. We make outgoing calls to customers who are or has been a customer of Personnel Concepts to promote and sell our products and services to drive revenue. We also maintain and update database of customers with complete information and emails. I am a committed, reliable self-starter able to work with minimal supervision. I have knowledge in numerous software applications. I am looking for a position that provides the opportunity to use the skills and techniques acquired throughout my previous work experience and also to learn new skills and apply them.
