    I am a Filipino HR Practitioner with a strong legal background. I have vast experience doing HR work in the BPO industry here in the Philippines. My forte is in employee relations, mostly dealing with employee disciplinary cases and coming up with programs to battle attrition and employee dissatisfaction. I am trained to do data management using Oracle and SAP. I am also a writer. I started writing in high school for the school paper and worked as a news reporter for a local radio and television station. I took up law, graduated but was not fortunate to pass the Philippine Bar Exam. I am proficient in using Excel but I cannot claim to be very good at it as there are other things that one can do with Excel that I do not know yet, But My knowledge of the application is sufficient for my line of work. I am looking for a job online that will allow me to stay at home while earning substantial income for me and my two daughters. Both are in primary school and have been dreaming of having me around every night which is difficult to achieve given that I have to work on night shift due to the nature of my job. We are only given one chance to see our kids grow and I don't want to miss out on that opportunity any longer. Here's hoping for the best to come!  less
