I've been working in BPO company for 6 years - specifically in collections. I've worked as a collections specialist for GE - collecting debts of the customers through calls and correspondence. I provide customer service regarding collection issues, process customer refunds, process and review account adjustments, resolve client discrepancies and short payments. Responsible for monitoring and maintaining assigned accounts - customer calls, account adjustments, small balance write off, customer reconciliations and processing credit memos. I am also accountable for reducing delinquency for assigned accounts. In 2013, I got promoted as an AVP in the same account and company. I managed a team which consists of 23 debt collectors working to collect money from people who have past due accounts from their clients. I am responsible for the strategy, operations, development, and execution of all Member Service operations. I am reporting and analyzing call center operations and assuring compliance with all NCQA accreditation requirements, federal and state regulations and contract obligations.
