I had been exposed to sourcing for applicants/candidates who responded to our job posts via different job portals. Aside from that, I am also a writer, as I maintain a blog to support/advertise the events planning company I started with my husband, my sister, and a friend. I write everything about event planning and coordinating, and I also write about every topic I can think of. I have been maintaining different blogs since the year 2000 and was able to garner a few followers, especially when I first started.
