I would rank myself as an absolute unique and definite stunning lady but aside from that I'm also that person who enjoyed alot spending time in expanding my knowledge and learnings through readings as well as experiences. I am a 4th year student taking up AB-English and was just finishing my thesis. I love writing and teaching that's why I became an English subject teacher in Alternative Learning System for 3 months and been through a lot of seminars and skills development way back my school days. I also experience working as a product endorser, promo-diser, sales staff of Golden ABC and a tutor to some students.
My first job experience was with International Voice On-line, providing minutes of conversational English to Koreans who wants to practice using the language. It didn’t really feel like a job for me because I enjoyed it a lot. Our working environment was fun and I also loved conversing with my students. I stayed in the company for about 4 years. I was hired by Accenture Inc. in 2010. My first project was with AT&T. I was a Technical Support Specialist and stayed in the project for about 10 months. I learned about how DSL connection works. After this experience, I became more adept about basic computer and internet connection troubleshooting. I have also gained knowledge about the CRM tool being used in the process. I was then transferred to another project for having an outstanding statistics and became one of the pioneer agents of AGL in Manila, a utility company in Australia and was assigned on a special team called Dear Customer. In this account, we’re trained to learn part of the billing team’s job dealing with credit card payments and part of the move-in/move-out process. After another 2 months, we were trained for collections project and from there I’ve learned about finance processing in SAP. I also have a 3 month-long intensive training in a Marketing and PR company where I was able to acquire knowledge in Digital Marketing and Search Engine Marketing including SEO. At the moment, I'm a freelance writer for Focal Magazine here in Israel. I have my own travel column where I get to promote the different tourist destination in the Philippines.
