I worked as a Technical Support/Customer Support Representative at AOL Member Services, where I answered e-mails concerning AOL technical issues, and chatted with members through Member Help Interactive. I also worked as a Macintosh Subject Matter Expert during my stay in AOL. (from year 2000 to third quarter of 2007) Later on, I worked as an accounts analyst in a BPO for Embarq Corporation. In less than a year, I was promoted to Senior Accounts and then became a Bankruptcy Process Specialist until Embarq merged with CenturyLink.
