I started working in 2007 as a Customer Service Representative for a BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) with a client based in the U.S. Having great exposure to processing bills payment, transitioning to sales, basic troubleshooting and most of all complaint-handling allowed me to be resilient, diligent, and learned what grace under pressure is. My last job was as a Customer Service Assistant-Institutional Banking Services to one of the biggest banks in the Philippines.
