I have 1 year experience as an Interviewer for a Market research company, 3 months experience as an appointment setter for a timeshare business and 6 years experience as a Technical Customer Support Representative for an Internet and Cable company. I provide excellent technical and customer service skills. I am equipped with a dedicated home office complete with computer, copier/scanner/printer, a headset and a very reliable DSL internet connection with speed upto 3mbps. My objective is to provide 100% quality service to my clients and make sure that I give them full satisfaction with my work.
