Job purpose To oversee the operations and completion of assigned project tasks of a team by efficiently and cost-effectively utilizing physical and human resources. To achieve timeliness in the delivery of products that conforms to customer specifications. Key result areas 1. Sets the team's goals and objectives in conjunction with the general goals and objectives set by the Group Manager. Prepares implements and monitors plans to ensure that the goals and objectives are achieved. 2. Manages the smooth and successful launch and completion of new project tasks assigned by the superior, ensuring all critical items and steps are addressed effectively. Monitors regularly the progress and status of project tasks processing, ensuring all operational delays and problems that may adversely affect project quality and turnaround time are resolved in a timely manner. Enforces compliance of subordinates to company-initiated Management Information System (MIS) procedures for the purpose of generating timely and accurate production cost and productivity data. 3. Generates and analyzes regular operational reports of the team, specifically in the areas of productivity, quality and cost. Institutes measures to achieve optimum performance in efficiency, quality, cost and utilization of resources in the team. Initiates activities to continuously improve existing production processes, systems and procedures for better productivity and quality. Recommends to the superior appropriate action plans to improve overall performance of the team. 4. Schedules production and allocates manpower and physical resources for assigned tasks. Recommends measures to superior to resolve situations that show lack or imbalance of the resources. Recommends hiring and/or termination of personnel in accordance to law and conjunction with HRD. Assist in the implementation of SPM/Company Rules & Regulations. 7. Ensures that subordinates comply to work instructions and all specifications/details are properly disseminated and understood by team members. 8. Last year I've had a practice at Post&Telecoms as IT manager of the system. I was focused on local but I also used to manage some other checkpoints and servers remotely. I also have some experience in the following areas: Writing, HTML, CSS, SQL, C++, WordPress and with the most Microsoft Office programmes.
I was graduated last March 30, 2015, as an IT major in programming. I do not have a work experience yet but I really want to have while learning. I’ve learned programming using vbNet (MSQL or MySql) in School while I learned eBook formatting and other eBook processing from my sister. I am not a good Web Programmer but I have knowledge on XHTML and CSS which is one ingredients in producing ePub books and simple websites.
