I joined Dell as a Technical Support Tier2 which handles escalated cases for virus, spyware, malware, OS, connectivity and networking issues. Very familiar with dell hardware issues, Jailbreak/unlock IOS (cracked apps) and PS3 (JB Games Int/Ext), Remote Desktop Applications such as LogMeIn and TeamViewer. Given a chance, you can expect that I'll do my best. Video editing is a passion of mine.
