    My task is to help you. I am here to make sure you have what you need for your business or your project. I have things in mind and skills at hand that will be of your advantage and I am very much willing to share it with you. The projects I apply here in oDesk are for my personal enhancement and maximization. The skills that I learned from my bachelor course and from my past working experience are what I am using right now (as you can see on the feedbacks). I graduated with a Management Accounting degree in March 2007. I then proceeded working as a Technical Support for one of AT&T global call centers. This experience motivated me as an employee (as much as dealing with customers I have not seen yet). This aided me to learn and be exposed to technology which was not tackled in my course curriculum. I then proceeded working as an Accounting Staff in an international freight forwarder company for me to apply what I learned in college. After that, I worked with an IT business solutions company. The company is an ORACLE partner and I am happy rendering my service as an employee and a part of Sales and Marketing department. However, recession was up after staying there for a year and I ended up working as a Customer Service Representative in another contact center. Here, I process orders and build up good customer relationship. The term was fixed for less than half year so it pushed me to look for a stable one. I was also able to work as an Indexer/Abstractor in another BPO industry. I was also once committed to a Publishing company afterwards and I worked there as part of its Finance Department. I then moved on working with Speedo as a Regional Sales Coordinator (Managerial Position). Right now, I am focusing on starting up investing on mutual funds and learning more on how to do it to provide augmentation to my portfolio and passive income plans. My first job was an Online English teacher for Koreans, and eventually got promoted to Management Information Systems associate, and was given another promotion as a Team Leader. Next, I applied as a technical support specialist, took in technical calls for 2 months, and was given a promotion as an Associate Trainer. As AT/Mentor, I handled new hire training classes which covered account processes, and technical troubleshooting. A year later, I was promoted as a Senior Trainer with the same company. I am now working with a different company, and still specializing in Training and Development. We primarily train people for US Tax and Payroll, and HR Benefits. . I basically rotated myself enough to know the ins and outs, pros and cons of this industry. I would like to explore further, enhance and practice the skills I have acquired through experience.
