At New Foundations Nonviolence Center (1993-2005), I rose from Development Director to Executive Director. I remained in the latter capacity at Colorado Women’s Agenda (2005-6) where I developed three new programs: Inclusiveness Initiative, Grassroots Organizing, and Internship Program. I provided grant writing and editorial skills to Greater Denver Interfaith Alliance (2007-10). With Votaw Colony Museum, Inc., I co-coordinated our two-day public history events held in different locations in eastern Kansas (2006-11).
