Next, I applied as a technical support specialist, took in technical calls for 2 months, and was given a promotion as an Associate Trainer. As AT/Mentor, I handled new hire training classes which covered account processes, and technical troubleshooting. A year later, I was promoted as a Senior Trainer with the same company. I am now working with a different company, and still specializing in Training and Development. We primarily train people for US Tax and Payroll, and HR Benefits. . I basically rotated myself enough to know the ins and outs, pros and cons of this industry. I would like to explore further, enhance and practice the skills I have acquired through experience.
