    Over the last 6 years, I have honed my skills in computer troubleshooting, adult learning, and people management. My first job was an Online English teacher for Koreans, and eventually got promoted to Management Information Systems associate, and was given another promotion as a Team Leader. Next, I applied as a technical support specialist, took in technical calls for 2 months, and was given a promotion as an Associate Trainer. As AT/Mentor, I handled new hire training classes which covered account processes, and technical troubleshooting. A year later, I was promoted as a Senior Trainer with the same company. I am now working with a different company, and still specializing in Training and Development. We primarily train people for US Tax and Payroll, and HR Benefits. . I basically rotated myself enough to know the ins and outs, pros and cons of this industry. I would like to explore further, enhance and practice the skills I have acquired through experience. I feel that my experience and background would be beneficial to your organization. I am currently looking for a full-time home based job.  less
