Under my management was customer servicing, principally complaints handling. I paved the way for creating more posts receiving courier contracts, whether individually and corporate. The advantage the company had was its tie-up with a company, servicing telecommunication needs and requirements and having clients operating on nationwide basis, resulting in coverage very widespread or pandemic to describe.
