2012 - 2008 Based on my long experience in the Quality Control & Product Development Management, my company was hired as a SUBJECT MATTER EXPERT for the Installation and Maintenance of Valve Regulated Lead Acid Storage Batteries in 30K Mobile Telephone Towers in different states in India. I was the Leader in charge of the entire technical team. My service was appreciated by the Principal company for excellent maintenance and no faults of VRLA Batteries. I also initiated steps to revive the old and used batteries for which the purchase of new batteries was significantly reduced in the following year. In appreciation of my work, the contract was extended for 3 consecutive years. It was a tremendous success and achievement at the final stage of my service life. 2008 -1978 Worked in the production of Automotive Batteries & Industrial Storage Batteries. Later worked as in charge of Quality Control & Development of New Products. My company achieved phenomenal growth as the new products were successfully tested and approved by the Railways, Defense & Telecom departments. Also worked in the Marketing Department for preparation of tenders & attending negotiation meetings prior to tender finalization etc.if the situation demanded so. 1978-1974 Career started as a Chemist in a Railway Workshop. 1975-76.
