I have streamlined the reports and improved processes from my last post, I have created performance report using excel and from different platforms. With this report the Managers were able to identify the performance level of their associates along with their team and region of support. Also from this report I have made recommendation as to how to manage their team and improve some of their processes. I have also created countless adhoc reports for the 4 teams that I was supporting, and on each report that I have created my target audience was pleased with the solution, analysis and suggestions that I have provided to them.
