Customer interaction has been a very interesting field for me. I’ve chosen to be the conduit of customers to their desired products or services for 7 years. My experience has given me the ability to find out what the customers need and want, match those with the appropriate product or service, while putting my company’s interest first. I was involved in customer service by helping people find out the telephone numbers that they need and recommending other options in case they don’t get their desired result. Some examples would be customers needing telephone numbers to healthcare establishments, places to dine, re-routing emergency calls to the best response solution possible, or even simply having the ultimate movie experience. Consultative sales and marketing has also been one of my strongest suits. This involved working my way from the grassroots level all the way up to closing a purchase. I loved the whole process of generating leads, consultative selling, and developing accounts. In a short while, I was able to be a consistent top performer. My passion for giving customers what they need paved the way for my stint as a sales team manager, a role that gave me a chance to showcase my mentoring skills. I was able to equip my team with the right selling tools and achieve my sales goals at the same time.
