A note about pricing: Usually I work on a fixed price basis. I will work with you to develop a project specification and then quote to do the whole job rather than working on an hourly basis. This means you have the peace of mind of knowing exactly how much a project will cost. If the scope changes, we will obviously need to discuss a change in price, but I think it is crucial that your expectations are clear as to how much you will be outlaying. The hourly rate on my profile is for the subcontractors working for me. I generally act as a project manager supervising my developers rather than doing the coding myself because I've got too many projects to handle myself. If you do want me to work exclusively on your project, my rate is $150/hour. Generally people prefer to work with me as a project manager because it works out to be more cost effective, faster and just as high quality because I conduct code reviews and my team and I have an intensive manual and automated QA process before handing over work.
