Part of my current responsibilities in a bank institution is to provide Level 3 support to VDI users in the Asia Pacific Region. we support VDI (VMWARE) , and application issues via mail, remote connection , and through phone. My expertise is on vmware/VDI and desktop support and I am also well versed in PC hardware troubleshooting, Virus removal, computer networking, internet issues, isolating computer slowness, etc. I have previous teaching experience as well and I can teach computer technical related subjects.
