    I have experience of working directly with oDesk Enterprise itself on a large scale recruiting project as a Team Recruiter and recruited more than 500 freelancers through oDesk all over the world. (Please check my work history for reference). It's my pleasure to let you know that I was awarded 5 star feedback on that project. As a "Team Recruiter" my responsibilities were source and invite candidates, follow-up with candidates,manage candidate pipeline, replying their queries and solving their several issues. I have both oral, written and interpersonal communication skills. My MBA Degree in "Recruitment Human Resource Management" added a great value to my career.Through the course I have learnt how to find out the best person for a particular job. All the oDesk-Elance recruitment processes are well-known to me like writing unique and detailed job posting to attract qualified candidates,inviting the best candidates,screening,interviewing,hiring,monitoring and managing the remote freelancers as well as payment and time tracking system of oDesk and Elance .
