    I am a PMP certified professional as well as an ISO certified auditor. I have attained training in courses like ITIL V3 and Six Sigma Green Belt. I have a rich experience of more than 10 years in managing projects, implementing processes and performing quality assurance in the IT sector. I have served as a Process Excellence manager for a long time, before being an independent consultant of Project and Process Management. I have handled as many as 4-5 full cycle organizational implementations till date, in addition to managing projects with respect to quality for various organizations. Drawing frameworks for processes that would best suit the company/projects as per their given requirements, implementing the same with documentation is one of my forte'. Currently, I am designing and implementing framework according to ITIL for an IT department of a logistics company through Odesk. The client I am working for is based in LA, California and has worked on a one year old project with me earlier. They signed another contract with me after their successful SaaS based product implementation done by me, which was carried out according to PMP.
