I have 13 years of experience in software development, in which 6 months experience in project management and more than 9 years experience as tester and test lead with deep knowledge about software process, project management, training skills, test management, test design, manual testing and automation testing plus 3 years experience as developer with knowledge about all phases in software development process.
During 13 years working in software development, software testing and project management, I have been working with all phases in software development process from Requirement, Design, Implementation, Verification and Maintenance.
Beside working for project, I also involved in company's activities like interviewing candidates, training fresh tester, coaching tester for company and mentoring new members in the team. I am one of training team member that involved in preparing training content, reviewing training course and conducting the courses.
I have a lot of experience in both manual and automation testing. I was responsible for researching new automation tool, guide the team to create test automation scenarios and implement the script. I also have several experience in test tools Quality Center, QuickTestPro, Fitnesse, JIRA, PVCS Tracker and other defect tracking tools.
