    Over the past two (2) years, I've handled a team of proofreaders and website curators. This team consists of 17 members, who are performing various tasks that basically involve data entry and post editing. As a team leader, my tasks are as follows: - give reviews/feedback of my members' work - conduct monthly meetings with the team via Google Hangout or Skype - create month-end and quarterly review reports - make weekly updates and 5/15 reports to the management team - guide the members towards the accomplishment of various special projects for the company My stint as a team manager has honed my skills: leadership, communication and interpersonal (albeit virtual).
