    I have worked in cases wherein the assessment of customers complaint lead to investigation of the customers account to verify errors as well as the history of said account. The preparation of adjustments (the necessary data is pulled off the system and debit/credit is calculated using a Microsoft Excel design and a summary composed using Microsoft Word. The step by step process must be noted on the customers account, while at the same time the process is conveyed to the customer via phone call or email that is provided by the customer(if any is provided). I have also had the task of preparing letters(single as well as bulk) to inform customers of the viability of their accounts being disconnected, whether due to lack of payment for a lengthy period of time or their outstanding amount passing the company limit. Included in this task is also the replying to customer compliant towards the company or quality of service experienced. Receiving external/internal calls from customers and other branch offices, assessing the nature of the call and providing answers and information to caller or transferring the call to the necessary personnel required to deal with the situation at hand.  less
