Hello all, I'm a 3D Animator first, and a Digital Artist second, and have been involved with arts and computers for over 20 years now. My experience in the field professionally dates to around 6 years as I turned my lifelong hobby into a career. Creative. Prompt. Efficient. Experienced. Attention to Detail. These are my main workplace skills as I take my work very seriously but not without the sense of humour as well when needed. I aim at improving my quality and work skills even more, and to sharing them with oDesk with creating partnerships and working on fun projects. I have recently finished my MA in Product Design at Escola Superior de Artes e Design, in Matosinhos, Portugal. I am a proficient illustrator with over 20 years of experience drawing and painting non-commercially. My specialities are character design and detailed pencil drawings however I am a generalist and am able to apply various techniques and styles. I know my way around both Photoshop and Illustrator. Since 2013 I have been studying computer arts specializing in 3D modelling, sculpting, texturing and character design, pending graduation in 2015.

Three years ago I discovered Maya (Autodesk) and since I learned everything related to the package, and developed abilities in modeling, sculpting (mudbox) texturing, rigging (my specialty), dynamics and even rendering and some compositing, and I am able of matchmoving. I did some work as a freelancer, for small business companies. I also have knowledge of python, whith which I created scripts to speed up my work flow, and have some knowledge of unity (creating shaders, and basic programming) but in the game development, I am more skilled with UDK.
