I worked for Dream Satellite TV as a Customer Interact Associate. I handled customer queries and provided technical support to customers. After a year, I decided to step up and landed a job at Telus International Philippines Inc., one of the most prestige companies in the BPO Industry. I worked as a Customer Interact Associate for Dell Financial Services-Small Medium Business. From there, I saw a bigger picture of Customer Service.
My third job was at CTI solutions, as a Customer Interact Associate for Dish Network. I call customers to process appointments and instructions from the customers regarding the installation of their Dish Network system at home. Unfortunately, the clients pulled out the program and had to let go of the team members.
Luckily, Telus International Philippines Inc. contacted me for a job as a Sales Associate for Dell Computers -After Point of Sale. We cater all over the United States, from computer parts and upgrades, to electronics and accessories such as TVs, Cell phones, Gaming Consoles, Handheld devices, Laptops etc. all from different big brands. In this experience I had a greater understanding of excellent customer experience and received achievements and awards. So when the time came that they were looking for Quality Assurance Analyst/ Customer Experience Coach, I grabbed the opportunity and got the position.
Working as a Quality Assurance Analyst/ Customer Experience Coach, I ensure that the Sales Associates are performing very well and are compliant to the client specifics and policies. I coach them on their opportunities and shared best practices with them. I also learned the techniques of different types of approach to different types of individual.
After a year, the company gave me a more challenging role. I was assigned to Zynga, a gaming company. I worked from extracting raw data to creating root cause analysis. I became Point of Contact of the entire Zynga International Team for creating Business Reviews and had to supervise a Quality Assurance Analyst/ Customer Experience Coach Team. At the same time, I was able to balance being part of the analytics group and being a Customer Experience Coach.
After almost 5 years of service with Telus International Philippines Inc. I decided to seek more challenge and ventured to the Financial Firm Industry. I believe it was a very unfamiliar terrain that I had to explore but with concrete determination and eagerness to learn, I was able to overcome that challenge. I worked as a Quality Assurance Specialist for Morgan Stanley under Teletech Customer Care Management Philippines Inc. Morgan Stanley is a Financial Firm in the United States. My tasks are to ensure and maintain Excellencies of quality of service to our dear clients through monitoring and coaching. Due to some circumstances, I left the company after 3 months of service.
I worked for Wells Fargo Bank as an Operations Effectiveness Analyst. I created a lot of project and implemented different processes for the development of the organization. I am assigned as point of contact of the team for concerns like; evaluations, attendance, policies, reports etc. I received an Excellence Achievement award - Level 4, which is next to the highest award the company gives. I recently decided to leave the company due to proximity issues. I also worked for Acquire Asia as Quality Analyst before I decided to work from home.
My first home base job was with MyOutDesk. I worked for the company as a Real Estate Virtual Assistant/ Appointment Setter. I did outbound calls to set appointments for property viewing and answered property inquiries. We also used email as another form of communication to the leads aside from doing outbound calls. I occasionally received inbound calls for inquiries and web support. I also did admin tasks like posting in craigslist, generating reports and other lead generation tasks.
My most recent job was with Secure Smile Teeth/ Astronaut Ice Cream/ JV Bargains as a sales specialist attending on any sales concern like order tracking, order processing, sales queries and escalations on complaints both on chat and through phone. I also did outbound calls to follow up on customers.
