Have succeeded to achieve the following project management areas: - Monitor the requirements, framework conditions and progress of short and long-term projects involving different development teams; Front-end Team, Back-end Team, and QA & Maintenance Team. - Provides SDLC (Software Development Lifecycle) Documentation for larger and long-term projects. - Maintains an appropriate relationship with customers and ensure that the project results are comprehensible to management by creating a user manual for local customers, and video-how- to for customers outside the country. - Tracks and reports tasks/issues by maintaining project action item lists, design issue lists, due dates, and other project milestone information, monitoring and updating project status and schedules.  less
