Few months has passed my boss put me on a pilot campaign of ten agents ask me to lead the team after 1 month of managing the team I was able to make the campaign into a 100 seats so he promoted me as a campaign manager. Reason of being in Odesk is to work at home and spend time for my family and to earn more compared to working in a call center.  less
