    I have worked for the BPO industy for four years and has received multipe awards and promotions due to performance and time management. I started as marketing sales representative doing appointment setting and hard selling after achieving the top seller of the year I was promoted as a team leader. Few months has passed my boss put me on a pilot campaign of ten agents ask me to lead the team after 1 month of managing the team I was able to make the campaign into a 100 seats so he promoted me as a campaign manager. Reason of being in Odesk is to work at home and spend time for my family and to earn more compared to working in a call center.  less

    Hello Everyone, I am new here to ODesk, i recently finish a contract with a Major Call Center as Business Development Manger. I do not feel i want to go back to such a demanding position. I still do some recruiting and Business Development for my friends Center here, but only as I wish.. I have group of 5 tenured and well experienced agents and my self. We are all going to work as a team and do freelance work. So we can enjoy the privilege of working for ourselves. . My name is Philip Patrick.. I am American from Kentucky, living and working here in The Philippines. I owned and operated a Construction Company for 20 years in the USA. I personally built the company through telemarketing, and made it a success. I was very blessed and was able to retire early, and decided to travel the world. I have done some consulting work in China, Oman, Middle East, and ended up here in Philippines. After a while, i could tell that retired life was not for me. I was always a on the go person, and stayed busy. I felt more like i was dying slowly by being retired. So i decided to go back to what started all my success in the beginning.. Telemarketing.. It keeps me connected. I know everything there is to know about the industry and I am well experienced in it. I have set up a nice little office here, and with all my experience and contacts, I feel i can be a asset to someone needing my services. I have nice set up with the following : * 4 MB high speed fiber optic in line, with wireless back up. * My own duo core server * Complete Vici Dial System, with online monitoring, call recordings, CRM, agent reporting, and much more.. It does everything but make dinner. * I have IT support full time, if not on site, or remotely accessed. * Top of Line ANP VOIP service provider, with fiber optic lines. * Top of the line computer system with Windows Professional OS. I have worked on, managed, and done just about every type of campaign out there. I have worked with almost every type of software, and know about most all types of programs.. I am not saying i am IT savy, i know just enough to be good at it.. I have had success and failures, but can say the one thing i never did was sacrifice my honesty or integrity for any job.. I can not do it, i will tell you up front. If you expectations are to high, i will let you know.. I have been in this industry for long time. I know what will work, and what will not. I know how many leads is possible, and how many sales you can expect. No sense in me.. telling you it will work, if it will not.. I put a high value on my word and my integrity.. No money is worth selling that for. I can work here at much cheaper rate, then back home, and still give great quality results.. So that is enough about me..
