I am a Business Analyst, Salesforce.com Certified Administrator and Developer, Tester, Blog writer and Social media manager. I have analyzed and designed and successfully closed a wide range of software implementations. My core competency lies in Business Analysis, software documentation, blog writing, configuring and customizing Salesforce.com CRM, end to end requirement management, systems analysis, software design, acquiring sign offs and advising implementation team throughout the process.
I also have interest and experience in the following areas: Blogging and article writing on technologies, information and information systems security. Please have a look at my portfolio to enjoy my articles. I am an IELTs 8 band scorer and have studied it as my first language in O-Levels.
My SOPs are as follows:
a) Quality of work - In an effort to deliver quickly quality of work is not compromised. I understand that interations buy yours as well as my valuable time. So the objective is to attempt on delivering the best the first time only.
b)Timelines are realistic and so delivery is timely - Offering unrealistic timelines and promising delivery and then making excuses is unethical to me. My ETAs are taken very seriously and are hardly ever missed.
c) Transparency - Before initiating the task I provide my employer with a breakdown of how many mandays a task will buy. I breakdown the task into sub tasks e.g. researching online to collect data, brain storming, documenting and proofreading and provide number of hours each task will buy. So my employer knows well what is the work flow and how are timelines being justified. This also helps me and employer to negotiate on the timelines.
d) Project Plan - A Microsoft project plan is issued before initiating the task to the employer. It contains start and end dates of a particular sub task and a relation between tasks. the relation tells the sequence in which subtasks will be done.
e) Packaging - A delivery is taken very seriously. If multiple tasks are to be delivered together. A single package is made containing a list of tasks and task documents as well. This is usually a compressed file (.Zip or .rar) as per employer's wish.
