    Of all internet marketing efforts, I feel Facebook Advertising truly offers value for your money but only if your advertising campaigns are managed well. That's where I come in. So if you are sitting on the fence about FB advertising as you just don't have the time or the right people to take the learning curve, you should seriously consider hiring me to get your targeted advertising off the ground. Or if you've already tasted how good FB advertising can be for your business, you should hire me to keep it flying high. I have been managing Facebook advertising for clients the last couple of months and find it very rewarding both for my clients and for me! I have tried and tested several ads and campaigns and have created reporting systems that make some sense of Facebook's confusing reports. I've attended several webinars by experts and brainstormed a few. I maintain a close eye on ad/campaign performance and create new ads or edit existing ads according to audience reactions. I have more than 20 years experience in managing projects, organising and simplifying complicated processes, creating appropriate documentation to capture important data, hiring staff, writing and editing content, transcribing audio clips, creating presentations, web research, etc. I worked as a personal assistant to top management in 4 different organisations (Calcutta Jute Industries, Growmore Business Associates, Maranatha Charitable Organisation, Willingdon Hospital) over a period of ten years (1988 to 1998) which included extensive administrative work involving independent decision-making and business correspondence. I also ran a small business for 12 years (1996 to 2008). I simultaneously worked in the field of clinical research as a freelance clinical trials coordinator in several hospitals in Chennai which involved considerable documentation, data entry and compilation, independent correspondence, etc. Both these fields involved extensive data entry and database management. I have since headed a clinical research site management organisation, Merit Medical and Allied Sciences Pvt. Ltd. in Chennai as the CEO from 2007 to 2009. As it was a start up, I did everything that is required to set up the organisation from finding the right location, hiring the right staff, interacting with clients, putting together business proposals to setting up processes and documentation. In Dec 2009-Jan 2010, I volunteered my administrative and content writing skills to a social organisation, Zamar Educational and Charitable Trust, in assisting them with their fund-raising campaigns, sponsorship programs, and correspondence. I also volunteer at The Banyan, a not for profit that works with destitute persons with mental health issues. I help with compiling, writing, and editing content for their blog, website, and newsletter. I also help with various administrative tasks that include creating processes and preparing documentation.  less

I've achieved many milestones during the last 10 years naming; 1. Helped a NY, US based retail solution provider to identify the test scope for their third generation POS and Asset Management solution (After having a thorough analysis, managed to reduce the regression scenarios to 300 from 12000 odd bugs from their issue tracker. I helped them to generate regression and acceptance scenarios covering all the business cases and day-to-day and special transactions). 2. Initiated the testing practices at Cambridge, UK based software service provider. I implemented a CMMI level 3 ready process using agile practices. 3. Initiated the testing practices at US based hosted service provider and expand the team to 7 members covering three product platforms. Setup a CMMI level 3 ready process using agile SCRUM practices and reduced the bug count to .1 for KLOC. I brought down the critical or high priority issues on a UAT To 0. 4. Managed to analyze the V 1.2 of a large, enterprise scale logistics solution and prepared a 600 pages long requirement spec for the V 2.0 with major feature and performance enhancement requirements. 5. Managed to test three RIA applications focusing logistics, ERP/CRM and supply chain management. 6. Brought in Seattle, WA based software solutions provider to the local market (worked with their Director, Technology in terms of setting up the operations), convince them on the capabilities and growing the initial headcount of 3 to 33 in 18 months (budget grows to 4000 US$ to 40000 US$ a month). 7. In 2007, I was instrumental for relocating a large help-desk operation (a distributed operation) to Sri Lanka and managing the operations. We were suppose to attend nearly 12,000 help-desk queries a week and I was responsible for hiring, training and managing the 24 x 7 operations from Colombo.
