My passion for Excel and VBA was born a little more than 10 years ago, at the very beginning of my professional career. I had used the product before but it was only then that I discovered the tool was so much more than just a set of spreadsheets. Since then I haven't stopped exploring all the features and kept pushing the system to its limits, if they exist... I cherish the art of transforming data into meaningful information so people get the correct KPI's they need, when they need them and in the right format. Whether you need to produce dashboards (with local, remote or data stored in databases), to automate administrative processes or to create Excel-based applications and this unrelated the size of the challenge, it is with pride that I will take care of any of your specific needs, while consistently hitting targets. As I've been a project manager for years, I know that frequent and honest communication is a key success factor for achieving the goals we have set and quickly building trust between both parties. As a customer-driven and flexible trilingual (French, Dutch, English) entrepreneur granting a lot of importance to mutual respect, I will only be satisfied if your expectations have been fulfilled. Don't just perform good enough, but truly Excel.

I graduated from the French Computer Science School EPITA, majoring in Security, Networks and Systems, and I chose to pursue my career in computer science for finance. My school is amongst the most renowned by French companies and allowed me to obtain technical and human skills which make me advance on the projects I’m entrusted with quickly and efficiently. I also made an exchange semester in the University of Konkuk, Seoul, South Korea to study Datamining, Simulation, Game Theory and Financial Markets. I now have nearly seven years of various experiences in computer science, as I started learning C in 2004. During that time I also translated part of the documentation and software of KDE, a Linux desktop environment and manual pages of this operating system, which allowed me to speak fluent English. I joined part-time two different startups and also worked on the development of an Android application. WIth the second company, Trading-Automatique, I realized my first software for traders, independents and small hedge funds, trading on the foreign exchange market and on index futures through different online brokers (Dukas, Interactive Brokers, etc.). On the trading platforms developed by the aforementioned brokers I created automatons and indicators, mainly based on technical analysis strategies, from the specifications phase with the client to the delivery, including the backtesting. I did my end of study internship at Natixis as a Commando Developer Intern on the Proprietary Options Trading Desk in Paris. Having done my two previous internships in the industry, I seized this opportunity to discover a different world. I conceived a complete backtesting solution for optional strategies on indexes : daily retrieving of historical close data on Bloomberg, profitability computation of strategies, display on a dedicated C# application and on Excel spreadsheets, and a software of dispersion analysis for another trader of the desk, those two software are in production nowadays. This experience really excited me and I joined Crédit Agricole CIB in Tokyo to work in the IT Team of Global Equity Derivatives and the Index Arbitrage desk in September 2011. I worked on the refactoring of an open-to-close automaton, allowing it to abstract multiple wave sending strategies and developed inside it a new dispersion strategy on the HKSE and TSE stocks. I was also in charge of the release of a new discretionary trading platform and the associated market instruments’ database, a task on which I interacted with the Paris development team, by doing the specific developments for Asian markets and with the local support for whom I produce the documentation necessary to the release. I joined Societe Generale as a Tactical developer, in the operations department in Paris on the Lending and Borrowing post-trade chain, then in the Financial Department in Hong Kong for the Equity Finance Trading desk.
