I am an experienced customer service specialist and a web developer.
I have been in the customer service industry for more than seven years. I have a call center experience as a customer service representative and supervisor for Verizon DSL and Telstra (The Largest Australian Telecommunications company).
I specialize in website development/maintenance and customer service. For customer service jobs I can handle anything from basic customer inquiries to resolving complex account, billing and technical issues. I can also manage a team of agents to help them hit their metrics through coaching and support.
I am proficient in using different kinds of CRM softwares, like Seibel by Oracle, Zendesk, Avaya etc..
Most CRM's are designed to be intuitive, given my extensive customer service background it will be easy for me to adopt and learn any CRM software. I have an experience in resolving customer issues via phone/voice, email and tickets.
I am proficient in English and Tagalog both in written and oral. I prefer to handle and interact with customers through email, live chat or help desk/tickets.
I am interested and experienced in handling customer service in industries related to data servers and hosting providers, website development and maintenance, mobile and internet providers, hospitality, transportation, sales and mobile application development.
