Since leaving University where I studied Computer Science I have undertaken a wide variety of roles to help me build and extensive skill set. The Bulk of my assignments have been in the Online Gaming field. I spent over 8 years working for the the Planetarion.com. I undertook a number of roles over that time including Public Relations, Support, Game development, Testing and Newsletter Editing. I then spent over 3 years working for playSocial, a developer of Social Games on the Facebook platform. I was initially hired in a customer support role but this quickly expanded into a Community Manager role where I was responsible for handling Support (Providing it directly but also building a support team), Managing the vBulletin based Support Forums (Configuring, Maintain and enhancing) and developing bespoke support tools. With the launch of their second game my duties were expanded further and I was appointed Quality Assurance Manager. Some of my responsibilities included investigating issues with the games, providing the coders with detailed reports, testing new features, building test teams, developing test plans and collating tester feedback.
