I've worked as a freelance writer for more than three years, joining a mixture of massive long-term projects and smaller, short-term ones. Whether I'm writing or editing, my goal is the same: deliver clear, concise, appealing copy for my clients. I bring experience in an eclectic array of fields—I've written and edited client biographies, e-commerce product descriptions, as well as book manuscripts, marketing content, and articles for topics such as health, food, fashion, home and garden, insurance, financial planning, and more.
I bring an array of skills' to my clients content projects. I excel at breaking down complex topics and making them easily accessible. My command of grammar is impeccable, and I have worked with Chicago and Associated Press styles extensively; I have some experience in APA and MLA as well. Although I am a native U.S. English speaker, I have also done work for Australian and U.K.-based content.
More importantly, my journalism background has taught me how to juggle several tasks at the same time. I can prioritize and complete tasks under tight deadlines without compromising quality.
