I am the CEO and executive director of Proposal Advisors-- a Washington, DC based management consulting firm delivering fully developed proposals and business writing solutions. I have personally authored and overseen end-end development of over $50m in Federal Proposals with a 100% win rate. In this role I develop a win strategy, providing pricing analysis and an overall proposal narrative, manage a deployed team of 5-10 stakeholders, and provide desktop publishing and graphic design services tailored to each initiative. My performance management, quality control, and risk management plans, are currently in use by contractors employed at the top-secret level with the US Department of State, US Air Force Intelligence Support Office, and Department of Veterans Affairs.
Additionally, Over the last 4 years, I have employed my financial analysis, MS Excel, salesforce.com, Qlikview, and business management skills to help meet the needs of C-Suite Fortune 1000 decision makers and small businesses owners.
The heart of my skills lie in translating executive needs into automated analytic dashboards, operational summaries, and board presentations. I have overseen and personally developed reporting and analysis tools in daily use by over 1000 Fortune 500 executives. As a CPA candidate with parts passed, I understand the mechanics of reporting and the objectives of corporate finance. All of my accounting and finance experience has been earned in a SOX compliant environment. For three years I controlled financial aspects of eleven business partnerships, managing cash, creating all annual budgets, and overseeing 500-750 monthly journal entries. Since 2011, I have administered a $38m annual non discretionary compensation program, providing forecasting, payroll administration, and operational reports to 220 person VP-level sales team deployed worldwide.
