    After attending college from the years of 2005-2009, I decided to exercise and expand even further upon the knowledge and skills that I gained and a result of my experience in higher learning. I took both on-campus and internet courses in three areas of Computer Information Systems (Business Admn, Software Applications, and Programming) and have studied Microsoft Office Software Applications, Web Design, Business Communications, and Business Administration. I have some basic skills in computer programming as well. I have plenty of personal and work experience in the areas I have named and most recently have been working a lot with Microsoft Excel, Google Docs Spreadsheets, and doing Project Management for a long-term client. The projects managed include the management of a team of 3 Social Media Management Experts and 7 High Quality Writers for several blogs that deal with subjects such as Internet Marketing, Business Networking, Social Media, Online Tools and Apps, Community Development, Personal Empowerment, Career and Education, and ect. I have also managed my own oDesk agency where I have lead many teams and dealt with hundreds of contractors and buyers, but found that due to the nature of oDesk, it is near impossible to run a fair and reputable agency whereby contractors are paid what they are worth, the agency takes in a minimal profit, and the client's low budget can be met. Even after 4 years of working here on oDesk, I find that I am still steadily gaining more and more knowledge and experience while working on projects for various buyers. For the past few years, I have experienced some of the freedom that comes with being an independent contractor over the internet - outsourcing the use of both knowledge and skills to interested buyers from all over the world.
