    Working in a Call Center Industry for almost four years sure has sharpened my Customer Service Skills. But I was a Mass Communication graduate, and I felt like I have more to offer than the services I have provided the three Call Centers I have worked with. This is why I wanted to do Home-based jobs. After graduating Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication in 2008, I was one of those Filipinos who seek opportunities in the growing BPO industry in the Philippines. Lucky enough, I landed my first job in Teletech Dumaguete and was a CSR in a Health Insurance Account. I stayed in the company for 2 years then moved to Convergys, another international Call Center Company based in Cebu City. In Convergys I was a CSR of Sprint, an international Telecommunications Company in the U.S. Then I decided I wanted to stay home with my family, so I came back to Dumaguete City and got employed in SPi CRM. I was one of the company’s pioneering CSRs for its Healthcare Account. After a year of being a CSR in SPi CRM I got promoted into an Offshore Quality Assurance Specialist.
