    I am a technical school manager here in the Philippines. I work closely with TESDA (Technical Education Skills and Development Authority) in our area from program registration of technical courses to implementation and management of technical schools. I have grown from a teacher to a department head, then to a building administrator and finally to a manager in my academe field in 8 years. Currently, I am now pursuing of registering and putting up my own technical school in the field of Information and Communication Technology. But my dream business is still a baby, so its not that much yet. I am a bit new in online jobs. But I do find interesting, worthwhile jobs and people here. So I really invest some of my time online. I have been working as a Virtual Assistant to a real estate short term vacation rental company by researching available apartment, suites, hotels or any units for our clients/renters. So I make a lot of calls to the owners of the units, then I compose proposals for the clients to sort our which has the best deals and best location they need for the vacation. Then more tasks came in like composing email responses, re-phrasing feedback, and plenty of more research and technical write ups for my employer. I easily understand instructions and requirements, highly trainable and very resourceful. I am diligent and organized at work. I believe that the quality and quantity of work I promise to deliver to my employers is one of those they really like of me. I do hope to also deliver you my promised service.  less
