    My name is Tonriké, or Toto for short. I'm independent freelance iOS developer and designer based in beautiful city of Kanazawa in Japan. I help companies and entrepreneurs to plan, design and develop iOS applications, usually — from scratch. This covers everything from information in-take, analysis and architecture to application prototypes, user-interface design and software development. I also offer those services separately; however, I will not do UI design without comprehensive UX consulting. Technically, my skill-set covers anything from iOS Foundation frameworks to advanced topics like image processing and digital signal analysis. I already develop and help community to research Swift Language and latest Apple technologies. My experience as iOS developer starts right after iPhone SDK was debuted in 2008. Fascinated by product design and information architecture, I also started to design user interfaces and planing software products in 2009. In 2013 I was offered to teach "User Interfaces for Programmers" in Caucasus University in my hometown, Tbilisi, Georgia. That's what I did and as result, ended up creating whole syllabus which is still in use by university. I'm also fluent with many other technologies around those languages: Ruby, JavaScript, Go-lang. I charge what I charge because I'm one of the best in business, and results I provide are not disposable. "Fire and forget" is not my style of working and many returning clients are prove to that. I do not accept "I need Instagram clone for $1000" jobs, those are for scammers and "developers" desperate to ruin their reputation for little money.     I build websites on Joomla! CMS, I build teams to develop websites and web applications, and I project manage those teams throughout the development cycle. I have a MSc in Computer Science, a bachelors degree in Law, both from London (UK) universities, and over 15 years of industry experience. I have worked at management level for several large companies and public sector organizations in London, UK. I now specialize in web project management (web sites and web application development), and developing and maintaining sites built on the Joomla! CMS platform. I am focusing on Joomla! because, after many years of CMS development with open source and enterprise software, I believe it is one of the most robust, scalable and extensible CMS available right now, open source or otherwise.
