    I have been working already in the competitive world of production and manufacturing industry for almost nine years thus my skills in negotiating and interacting with different people from all walks of life (from local to international executives) thru personal interactions or email is already exemplary and advanced. I have been generating and creating data as references for team analysis and disposition using excel, powerpoint presentations as well as word documents. I am 32 yrs of age, and a graduate of Electronics and Communications Engineering here in the Philippines. I am currently working as a Component Engineer in an International manufacturing printhead Industry. I have been working in this industry for seven years already. Previously, I worked as a production supervisor in the same company for 4 years. Some of my prime function as a component engineer is to lead the team in introducing or launching of new products, as well as implementing engineering changes, thru proper coordination with logistics, production scheduling, and various engineering teams from local and international support for inventory control and smooth implementation of changes with minimal scrap cost. Thru leading project management in the team, I ensure sound disposition and management of resources to support the attainment of our company's vision of customers for life and the delivery of good and quality products. I am also in constant contact and interaction with different suppliers globally to qualify and evaluate products as well as work hand in hand to resolve material or component issues. As a Production Supervisor before, I handle different people with different personalities and had worked in rotating shifts. I also conduct trainings such as overview of Lean Manufacturing System, six sigma, and some behavioral trainings like Work Attitude and Values enhancement trainings. It's my role to ensure that required output and yield tartgets are met everyday. Handling of people also means instilling proper discipline, trainings, and orientations. On top of my supervisory functions, I am also incharge of our plant's consumables logistics and control. Rest assured, that I am very knowledgable of Microsoft Office – Word, PowerPoint and Excel, including SAP, JDE, photoshop, and CAD. Since I am already adept in using these office tools, I am confident already that I can execute any workload that will be delegated to me. On the other hand, I was able to work also as an image editor in my previous job using photoshop. Until now, I still use this skill to edit cards and images requested to me by friends. I was able to do also article writing before as requested by a friend but it was not coursed thru odesk thus I don't get paid for it. But I do hope I could do the same thru odesk and already get paid. I always ensure that I will be considered as an asset by the company and the people I worked with, by being innovative, resourceful, independent and diligent.  less

    I graduated from the organization of work in multimedia because I have a great ability to work organization, particularly in the media, which is an area that suits me best. My first connection with the media was during adolescence,through the theater and newspapers. For 7 years I was part of an amateur theater group with which we are ranked among the top 10 amateur teams in the national competition four times in a row. In those seven years I have learned how to produce a theatrical performance,how to create an original project, a sound recording techniques, acting, directing and most of all how to work in a team. During those years I have actively participated in two local newspapers - Rogaska News and CoolToura. I've learned how to design publication andd a prepress of it. At 27 I entered at the Institute and College for multimedia where I have learned as much as possible about media and media convergence. I've learned how to use various software tools to achieve goals; such as Adobe ( Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash, Dreamweaver, Premier Pro, After Effects ), Microsoft Office ( Word, Exell, Power Point )and much more. I am expert in most of them especially in Premier Pro and After Effects and also in Power Point. In the second year I started working on TV Celje and as a graphic designer. I learned how to use Corel Draw, how to make a video site, how to record broadcast live and also on the ground, recording studio camera, framing, how Chroma Key works etc. I've met a lot of people which was verry helpful to me so i could start doing my own projects. The first such project was the music video for the band Legalo Kriminalo. I was filming, directing and video editing the whole video by myself. Then there were several projects where I improved my skills even better. Most of them were video editing and graphic design. I won a first place on MTV for the best Making off (editing a short movie about filming a video). I think i have learned a lot and most of all i am willing to learn even more and more.  less
